Carpet One started with a small group of dedicated members. Now, with more than 950 independent, full-service specialty stores and billions in annual sales volume, Carpet One Floor & Home’s members in the aggregate are the largest floor covering retailer and the seventh largest home furnishings retailer in the industry. Simply put, Carpet One Floor & Home stores sell more floor covering than any other retailer or group.Carpet One Floor & Home’s retail locations are in every U.S. state as well as in Canada, New Zealand and Australia. Showrooms feature carpet, area rugs, vinyl, ceramic tile, hardwood, laminates, exotic woods, and cork.

1985 – We were the first to offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee1989 – Launch of our “Good as Gold” 10-year crush warranty.

1993 – An exclusive agreement with 3M gives us a competitive advantage in stain-resistant flooring.

1994 – Carpet One Floor & Home gains exclusive rights to Bigelow

1994 – We were the first US buyer of Pergo

1995 – The launch of our Installation Excellence Program gives Carpet One customers the advantage of the best installations.

1996 - Bigelow Invincible features a 25-year Wear Warranty

1999 – Exclusive brand Lees for Living offers the first 25-year stain warranty.

2001 – Carpet One stores are introduced to SelectAFloor – a unique selling system that makes choosing the perfect floor much easier for customers.

2003 – Destination: Carpet One debuts and changes the way flooring is sold.

2005 – “Carpet One Welcomes Your Support” is created to raise funds for breast cancer research and awareness through the sales of pink ribbon welcome mats.

2007 – Launch of our “Green Select” initiative to encourage environmentally friendly practices in our stores and promote earth-friendly flooring products.

2010 - Introduced The Beautiful Guarantee – the only guarantee that ensures a customer will be happy with the way their floor looks once installed. 2010 - CCA Global launches Tigressa - the new Softer, Stronger carpet available exclusively at Carpet One Floor & Home and other CCA locations.

2011 - Created the Healthier Living Installation system to give our customers a better option when it comes to flooring installation.

2013 - Our Just Shorn brand offers affordable wool flooring to make it an attainable natural product selection.

2013 - CCA Global Introduces Innovia as a new exclusive brand available only to members
